Tee Davies studied yoga in New Delhi, India where she lived and practised for 5 years. Tee studied yoga under the guidance of the well known yoga guru, Seema Sondhi, and has been teaching in Hunters Hill since her return to Australia in 2012. TeeYoga is an Ashtanga Style Vinyasa Flow that allows one to connect the body, mind and soul through breath and movement. Tee’s passion for yoga and teaching is evident as she takes her students on a journey to reflect and explore gratitude, connect breath and body, and to discover the perfect balance between inner peace and strength.
To further her education and follow her passion for working with children, Tee has since completed a Kids Yoga course with Beth Borowski, at Body, Mind, Life, and has taught in the NSW school system and privately for both pre schoolers and teenagers. Tee has inspired many children though the practice of yoga, building their self esteem and resilience, to help navigate their development.
