This class is designed for those who are new to yoga, but also beneficial to those recovering from injury, returning to class after a break, or students who simply want to enjoy their practice with less intensity. We will explore each pose deeply, gain a clear understanding of how yoga works to connect body and breath, and each session will finish with Savasana. My hope is that this class will provide you with the confidence to explore yoga more deeply, and to understand what it means to truly surrender into a pose and find yourself in the present moment.
This open class is for beginners to intermediate, though attending at least one fundamentals class is highly recommended before attending. In this vinyasa class we will flow through backbends, forward bends, twists and arm balances, finishing with a deep relaxation. It might be a tough ask to make that early wake up call, but I promise you, the energy you will carry with you for the rest of the day will be worth it!
This class is designed for students who have been practicing for at least 6 months. We will work on building strength, move through more creative sequences, and finish each class with a deep relaxation. My hope is that this flow will offer you an opportunity to broaden your understanding of yoga, give you an opportunity to challenge yourself in a safe environment, leaving you with a real sense of achievement.
