Thiis vinyasa class will flow through backbends, forward bends, twists and arm balances, finishing with a deep relaxation. Challening enough to keep you focused, but gentle enough for those new to yoga.
The perfect way to start any day, this gentle class offers a wonderful stretch for the body, and though it might be a tough ask to make that early wake up call, I promise you, the energy you will carry with you for the rest of the day, will make the early call worthwhile!
This class is designed for those who are new to yoga, great for teens, and now with Zoom, you can get the whole family to join in! A wonderful stretch for the body, a beautiful way to end the day, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. My hope is that this class will provide you with the confidence to explore yoga more deeply, and to understand what it means to truly surrender into a pose and find yourself in the present moment.
This challenging class is designed for students who have been practicing for at least 6 months. We will work on building strength, move through more creative sequences, and finish each class with a deep relaxation. My hope is that this flow will offer you an opportunity to broaden your understanding of yoga, give you an opportunity to challenge yourself in a safe environment, leaving you with a real sense of achievement.
